6 Days & 5 Nights

Day 1 – Arrival at Cochin

Arrival at Cochin Airport/Railway Station and transfer to hotel. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise in the backwaters. Dinner at the hotel, Overnight stay.

Day 2 – Departure to Thekkady

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a sightseeing city tour of Cochin – Fort Cochin, Spice Markets, Antique shopping, Synagogue and Chinese Fishing. Arrive at the hotel, Thekkady, in time for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 3 – Boat ride in Periyar Lake – Thekkady

After break fast in the hotel go for a Spice Plantation Tour in the morning. After lunch at the hotel, enjoy a boat ride in the beautiful Periyar Lake. Return to the hotel for a screening of wildlife movie, followed by dinner.

Periyar - One of the largest wildlife reserves in India, the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is more popluar as a tiger reserve. A boat ride on the splendid Periyar lake is the best way to experience the sanctuary.The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the few places where the chances are pretty high that you will spot an elephant in the wild at close quarters and from the safe confines of a boat. Not just elephant and tiger, but if it’s your lucky day, gaur, masher, otter and other wildlife. Rest of the day free to relax. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4 – Transfer to Kumarakom

Early morning, trek to the jungle followed by breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, depart by road to Kumarakom. Afternoon, free to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. You can swim, fish, go boating or opt for a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage (at an extra cost). Afternoon enjoy – a Sunset Cruise along the backwaters. Evening enjoy a kathakali performance at the resort.
Dinner at the hotel. Night fishing option . Overnight stay.

Day 5 – Kumarakom – Alleppey Housboat

After breakfast proceed to Alleppey. Check-in at AC Deluxe Houseboat which will take you to enjoy the magic of Alleppey-Kumarakom by going on a Houseboat (Kettuvallam) cruise across the backwaters. Spend the next 24 hours in your floating villa. Enjoy the backwaters of Kerala by getting a glimpse of the village life at close quarters; a unique and unforgettable experience. Enjoy the sunset & stay overnight on the house boat. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 6 – Alleppey – Cochin Tour Ends - After breakfast check out from the hotel and drop at Cochin Airport/Railway Station for departure.
